Before School Care

Before School Care is available beginning at 7:00am. Students arriving before the school day begins will be supervised by St. Ann staff in the gymnasium until they are dismissed to their classrooms at 7:40am.

There is no charge for Before School Care.

Upon arrival in the church parking lot, students should proceed to the gymnasium for Before School Care. At 7:40am, students will be dismissed to their classrooms.

All students are expected to arrive at school by 7:45am.

For families arriving between 7:45am and 8:05am:

• Parents should park in the church parking lot.
• Parents must walk their student(s) into the Allen Center lobby and sign them in with a faculty member.
• After signing in, students will enter the school through the entrance near the upper teacher parking lot, where they will be supervised by a faculty member.
• Students in Kindergarten–2nd Grade must be escorted through the Allen Center to the school entrance by a parent or an older sibling.

For arrivals after 8:05am, parents should proceed to the school’s front entrance on Hillside Avenue and walk their child into the school office to sign them in.

Please note: Between 7:00am and 8:05am, only bus arrivals and students attending tutoring will be admitted through the front office.

The safety of our students during dismissal is our highest priority. The rule is simple: If cars are moving, students are not. Please do not motion for your child to come to your vehicle while cars are moving, as this creates an unsafe situation.

For safety purposes, students must remain with their parents or designated adults at all times while on the church grounds and in the parking lot after dismissal. Students may not be dismissed to another parent unless they are part of a regular carpool arrangement or written permission has been provided to the teacher.

If your child’s dismissal routine changes during the school day, please contact the school office as soon as possible.

• Enter the church parking lot from Park Road and back into a designated parking space.
• Students will be escorted from the school to dismissal areas:
  • PreK, TK, and Kindergarten: Sidewalk along the Allen Center
  • 1st–5th Grade: Small traffic circle
• Parents and/or family members must exit their vehicle to collect their student(s) from the teacher and then walk back to their vehicle.
• Teachers and administrators will dismiss cars from the bays, beginning with the bay closest to Willow Oak Road.

• Parking along the street or in the small teacher parking lots off Hillside and Willow Oak is not permitted during afternoon dismissal.
• Parents of Holy Trinity students using the Holy Trinity shuttle should park in the three bays closest to Park Road.
• Students must be picked up by 2:45pm. Students remaining after this time will be brought to the front office to wait for their parents.
• Parents arriving after 2:45pm must park in the upper teacher parking lot and call the school office. A faculty member will walk the student up for dismissal.
• Due to safety concerns, no dismissals will be permitted from Hillside Avenue after 2:00pm.

• Regular School Days: Cars begin dismissal at 2:35pm
• Early Dismissal Days: Dismissal begins at 11:30am

Please note:

• No dismissals will be permitted after 2:00pm on regular school days.
• No early dismissals will be permitted on half days.
