St. Ann is a fully accredited, co-ed, Catholic school within the Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools system in the Diocese of Charlotte, North Carolina. The Diocese of Charlotte encompasses 92 parishes and 20 schools in the 46 counties of western North Carolina, with a growing Catholic population of more than 530,000 and a student population of over 8,000.

St. Ann educates students from Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade. St. Ann welcomes students of all faiths and backgrounds. St. Ann offers academic Pre-Kindergarten and TK programs to increase our students' readiness for Kindergarten. Special learning programs are also available for students with enhanced academic needs.
